What's in a name? Don't be fooled, y'all - just because it says to toast something, doesn't mean I won't grill it. Recipe: 8 slices of thick Texas toast 3 eggs 1 cup of milk 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon 1 tsp of nutmeg 1 tsp of vanilla extract 1. Beat the eggs, stir in milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Turn grill onto low-medium heat. 2. Soak both sides of each slice of bread until saturated, then slap on the grill. Should take about 5-7 minutes per side. Flip once. 3.
