There's a pizza place nearby that has an incredible bianco pizza on their menu. BBQ Rebel has always been a bit of a meatatarian, but we'll go to this place just for this pizza. Naturally, we had to recreate it and throw it on the grill. Recipe: 1. Mix up your favourite pizza dough recipe. @BBQRebel uses 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tbsp oil, 1 cup hot water. Let it sit covered for 20 mins. 2. Roll out dough to desired size and thickness, place directly on oiled grill over medium indirect heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes until bottom is cooked enough to turn dough over. 3. Once flipped, add mixture of olive oil, olives, diced peppers, cubed chicken, fresh baby spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozza. 4.
