BBQ yer salad, y'all! 1. Fry that bacon, 1-2 strips per salad will do it...if you hate bacon. 2. Cut the top and the brown bottom off of a head of romaine, remove the first couple layers of loose outer leaves and save for future boring salads. 3. Stuff with bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Brush outside with olive oil. 4. Grill over high direct heat for about 7 minutes.
