Asian cultures know their barbecue. They've had thousands of years of practice, too. Not to worry, Asian chefs and grandmas everywhere, BBQ Rebel is respectfully adding a delicious grilled twist. 1. Sautée veg in cast iron over medium heat. Add beef broth so that the pan is never dry. Add soya sauce to your taste. 2. Grill steak medium-rare. Allow to rest to lock in juices. Slice. 3. Add bean sprouts, steak and rice noodles. Cook with lid down for another 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked and/or have crisped. 4. Enjoy. Want more grill rebellion?
