Everything is better with bacon, and it doesn't get much better than grilled sweet potatoes. Together with cheese, it's all you'll ever need. 1. Wrap sweet potatoes in tinfoil, bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. 2. Remove, unwrap, let rest for 10 minutes or until cool enough to handle. Cut length-wise about halfway through the depth of the potato. 3. Stuff in layers - chives, shredded cheese (use something sharper to contrast the potato's sweetness), bacon, then more cheese and chives on top. . 4.
