Carb up, grill out. Recipe: 1. Mix 3 cups of flour, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of oil, 1 1/3 cup of warm water, 1 1/2 tsp of yeast. Knead gently then let rise for 30 minutes. 2. Grease a cast iron pan with butter. Place dough in the middle. Grill over medium-high heat for 25 minutes. 3. Crush garlic and mix with melted butter. Pour over top of bread, and top with Parmesan.
