It ain't delivery, it's grilled caprese, bro. Recipe: 1. Make some dough...spend it on 2 cups of flour (1 white and 1 whole wheat), 1 tbsp of instant yeast, 2 tbsp of canola oil, 1 tbsp of sugar, and 1 cup of hot water which should be free. Mix and let sit covers for at least 20 minutes. 2. Prep mozzarella, the real stuff by slicing into 1/4 inch slices. Slice or shave your favourite pizza meat, we used 'roni for this one. Thinly slice 1 fresh hothouse tomato, and shred 2 fresh basil leaves. 3. Preheat grill on high until it reaches 400 F, then turn down to low. Knead and roll out dough to desired thickness and shape, lightly coat with flour, and place on grill for 5 minutes or until underside is cooked. Turn over. 4.
