With apologies to Pillsbury. Recipe: 1. Mix up your favourite pizza dough recipe. @BBQRebel uses 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tbsp oil, 1 cup hot water. Let it sit covered for 20 mins. 2. Put some chicken breasts on the grill or prep whatever meat you want to use. Bring your favourite sauce to a simmer on the stove. We used tomato sauce, diced tomato, mushroom, diced red and green peppers, onions, basil, green olives and garlic. 3. Roll out your dough into ovals approximately 10-12 inches by 8 inches. Spread your sauce on one of the long ends and then fold over the other. Wet the edges and crimp together with a fork. 4. Fry in a pan for a couple of minutes per side until they brown. Then place on a preheated, oiled grill over low direct heat for 15 minutes, turning once halfway. 5. Wish you had done this years ago. Want more grill rebellion?
