Whose appy is this? Nachos. 1. Cut 2 chicken breasts into inch-wide strips and BBQ for 10 minutes over medium heat, flipping once. Cut or tear into cubes. 2. Line a cast iron pan with tinfoil, shiny side up. Line the bottom with tortilla chips. 3. Mix diced red pepper, diced onion, chives, black and/or green olives, and hot peppers with chicken and taco spice to taste. Layer tortilla chips, mixture, and shredded cheese. 4. Place on grill over medium direct heat for 15 minutes. Call all your friends and tell them their dinner is boring and won't amount to anything. Want more grill rebellion?
