Recipe: Baking potatoes 1/4 cup per potato shredded old cheddar cheese 3 thick slices per potato Swiss cheese 1/4 cup per potato shredded Parmesan cheese 1. Bake your potatoes right on the grill over high direct heat. Should take about 30-45 minutes depending on the size of your potatoes. 2. Remove from the grill, slice them in half length-wise but not quite all the way through.
