Twice grilled potatoes. Potatoes grilled twice. Recipe: 1. Grill medium to large potatoes on high direct heat for 20-25 minutes. 2. Allow to cool slightly, cut open but no more than halfway through. Spoon out the potato into a food processor. Mix with sour cream, bacon bits, chives, pepper, and shredded cheese until smooth. 3.
