Sometimes buns get in the way. These wraps are wicked, especially if you're not a bread eater or want to focus on the juicy goodness of your burger. 1 lb lean ground beef 1/2 cup of oatmeal 1/4 cup of oil 1 egg 4 wraps Condiments 1. Mix together your beef, oatmeal, and the whisked egg. Form the mixture into burgers about 5 inches across. Grill 'em to your liking. 2. Spread your condiments in the centre of the wraps in a circle as big as the burgers. Place the burgers on top, then fold the edges into the centre, brushing the wrap on top of the burger so the next fold sticks. Word to the wise - avoid the lettuce and tomato on these ones, they don't fold or heat well. Stick 'em with a toothpick or something to know whose is whose. No fisticuffs. 3.
